The extreme joy we have experienced from the birth of our first grandchild is something we could not have fully understood until it happened. I have known Lacy for MANY years and was so very excited that she was able to be a part of my wedding memories. She had lots of ideas on locations and poses for my bridal portraits and was there the day of my wedding from the time I was there until the time I left. I am so very pleased with the work she did. I have to say that every aspect of working with Lacy was the BEST experience!! She is so kind and easy to work with, and she has such a natural gift for photography. My husband started by asking Lacy to photograph our engagement pictures at Chase Oaks Golf Course, and even with the wind literally whipping our hair, she managed to get over 200 really great pictures of Tom and I! She is so creative with props and lighting! For instance, Tom and I used a black and white golf umbrella for a few of the shots and they turned out great! Then we took a few on the golf cart. Super cute! We were thrilled! My bridals photos turned out really great too! I took them in the heat of the day in early June at the Dallas Arboretum! It was super hot! And still we got so many really wonderful shots! I love how she makes suggestions and then lets you settle in to the various shots without feeling "posed." I absolutely love that about her! My husband had not seen my dress or veil or any of the pictures from the bridal shoot..until he saw my bridal portrait at the reception. He said it was one of the most beautiful pictures he had ever seen! That is a true testament to Lacy's work. Again, at our wedding, Lacy was wonderful! She brought a second photographer to capture our special day, and Stephanie was great too! So far, I have loved every wedding picture I have seen from Lacy! I am so grateful that she was able to photograph our wedding! We couldn't have asked for a more gracious, talented photographer to be a part of the first day of the rest of our lives together!
